: a complete QGIS project, including all of the above + rendering order + zoom/pan state + more

To create a QLR file, [choose "Save as Layer Definition File" in the context menu of a layer or layer group in the "Layers" panel](http://gis.stackexchange.com/questions/88834/does-qgis-have-the-equivalent-of-arcgiss-layer-lyr-file/89099#89099). They seem to correspond roughly to <code>*.lyr</code> files of ESRI ArcGIS.
