CSV file format specification
- Encoding is UTF-8 by default.
- First row contains attribut names, separated by => delimiters.
- Default delimiters (DELIMITER) is semicolon (;).
- Strings are enclosed by parantheses, to allow delimiters inside (e.g. "string")
