Personal Geodatabase Converter (pgdbconverter) - converts Shapefiles from/to a Personal Geodatabase.

About pgdbconverter

pgdbconverter is a two-way converter which imports and exports shapefiles to respectively from a Personal Geodatabase (MS Access, .mdb, by ESRI). It's Open Source software written in Java.
